Short answer
Legal protection granted to a work's creator; in most countries it does not apply to fully AI-generated works.
Copyright protects works of human creativity. In many countries, including Turkey, fully AI-generated images with no human contribution do not qualify.
The practical consequence: you can use the image you generated, but the legal ground for stopping someone else from using the same image is weak.
This is separate from a tool's terms of service. A tool can grant you permission to use an image commercially; that does not mean the image is protected by copyright.
The picture changes as human contribution increases: where you have substantially edited, combined or redrawn AI output, protection may apply.
